In this position you will be managing procurement processes, rather than our Procurement Team.
The salary range for this position is $89,868 - $121,330. Most new starters are typically appointed up to the midpoint of the range($105k), depending on the knowledge, skills and experience you bring to the role. The Senior role is paid higher in the range.
This position is Wellington based.

Proven experience in procurement and sourcing.
Understanding of the New Zealand Government procurement rules, and public sector structure (particularly regarding health) and regulations.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills – you know how to engage and influence.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills to drive the best outcomes.
Strong written communication skills.
While we are primarily looking for individuals with procurement experience, we are open to receiving applicants with other relevant experience in the health sector or pharmaceutical industry to bring those perspectives to our procurement activities.
