About the opportunity
As part of Process Development, you will join a team of over 100 engineers with diverse skills and expertise. Through collaboration and ingenuity, we design and implement the machines, processes and manufacturing lines that bring our products to life. Think of the systems behind ‘How It’s Made’, our engineers are responsible for creating and refining the specialised equipment that transforms raw materials into high-quality medical devices. We have opportunities for both Mechanical and Moulding process engineers.
Mechanical Process Development Engineers:
Designing, prototyping, testing and commissioning the equipment and assembly processes that manufacture our products, from manual jigs through to fully automated production systems. You will bring your CAD designs to life and see them operating on the production floor.
Moulding Process Development Engineers:
Working with toolmakers to develop injection mould tools and processes that form our components, getting hands-on with commissioning, optimisation and scaling these systems into high-volume production.
