Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Location: Auckland, New Zealand

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and control the daily operations of two retail stores to ensure efficient business performance and consistent customer service standards across store operations;
• Determine product offerings, combo selections, stock levels, and store service procedures according to customer demand and business needs;
• Implement purchasing arrangements and coordinate inventory replenishment for ingredients, packaging, and retail supplies across store operations;
• Develop and implement promotional activities, determine product pricing, and carry out marketing initiatives to support sales growth and customer engagement;
• Prepare and monitor store budgets, control operating costs, and maintain records of sales and daily financial transactions;
• Manage the recruitment, training, rostering, and supervision of store staff to support efficient store operations;
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene requirements, occupational health and safety regulations, and company operational procedures;
• Provide customer service support, including promoting and selling products to customers if necessary, and handling customer enquiries and complaints.

Key Requirements:

Must have a diploma in Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline, OR at least 2 years of relevant management experience.
