A Roster and Operations Service Manager is responsible for workforce scheduling, operational performance, staff management, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently while meeting budget, compliance, and customer requirements.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee rosters and workforce planning.
Ensure adequate staffing levels across sites, shifts, or service locations.
Lead and supervise rostering and operations teams.
Monitor labour costs, overtime, and staffing budgets.
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and service delivery.
Develop and improve rostering systems, processes, and workflows.
Analyze workforce data and operational performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, health and safety standards, and organizational policies.
Support change management, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaise with managers, employees, and stakeholders to resolve staffing and operational issues.
Pay: $7,500.00 – $10,000.00 per month
