About the role…This is no ordinary EA role. As our Office Manager & Executive Assistant, you will sit at the heart of Macpac’s Support Office (aka Basecamp), working closely with our Managing Director, wider Leadership Team, and Basecamp Crew to ensure everything runs seamlessly—from strategic leadership support to the daily rhythm of the office.

You’ll be the critical link behind decision-making, events, operations, and workplace experience—keeping people connected, informed, and moving forward.

What you’ll be doing…

• Executive Support (MD & Leadership Team) - Enable the MD and Leadership Team to perform at their best through seamless diary, meeting, travel, communication, and administrative support delivered with precision and confidentiality
• Events & Team Rhythm - Deliver engaging, well-coordinated events and leadership rhythms by managing end-to-end logistics including speakers, venues, travel, and stakeholder experience
• Basecamp Operations (Office Management) - Own the day-to-day Basecamp experience by managing spaces, supplies, systems, and communications to create a well-organised, safe, and efficient workplace
• Facilities, Contractors & Fleet - Oversee facilities, contractors, and fleet operations by coordinating maintenance, supplier relationships, and safety compliance in partnership with DC Management

• Executive Support Expertise – Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an EA/PA role
• Workplace Operations Leader – Strong background in office or workplace management
• Organisation Mastery – Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
• Stakeholder Navigator – Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Communication Champion – Strong communication—written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Supplier & Contracts Coordinator – Experience working with suppliers, contracts, and service providers
• Tech-Savvy Operator – Comfortable with modern systems and tools
• Calm & Agile Performer – Remains composed under pressure, adaptable, and always one step ahead
