With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years.

Becoming part of our team in Napier, you'll work in the factory, manufacturing a range of building products using state-of-the-art machines, along with assisting in other general factory/manufacturing tasks in production. Broadly, in this terrific role, your responsibilities will include:

• 
  Operating roll form, folding and general sheet metal equipment
• Picking and packing items for customers
• Interpreting product drawings
• Collaborate and support team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Commitment to continual growth, learning and training

• Some factory or machine operation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full drivers licence
• Forklift licence preferred (both OSH & F Endorsed)
• A good eye for detail and a strong work ethic
• Physically fit as manual lifting is required
• Reliability — you're on time, every time
