Position Overview

DBL-ISTS Systems is seeking an enthusiastic, tech-savvy Junior Operations Support member to join our business systems team. This entry-level role is perfect for a highly organized individual looking to build a career in operations, system administration, or tech support. You will assist with daily system maintenance, data synchronization, and operational workflows to keep our platforms running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Assist in tracking day-to-day system performance, ensuring core business platforms and operational tools are running without interruption.
• Data & Record Maintenance: Review, update, and manage operational databases to guarantee data consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Basic Technical Support: Triage internal operational issues, troubleshoot minor software or platform glitches, and escalate complex technical tickets to senior engineers.
• Process Documentation: Help create, update, and maintain internal user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Basic tech literacy, familiarity with cloud-based platforms, and proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Attributes: A logical approach to problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and a keen eagerness to learn new software systems.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with different internal departments.
• Eligibility: Valid local working rights.
