A Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator supports employee training, professional development programs, and learning initiatives within an organization.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
Manage training calendars, venues, registrations, and learning materials.
Maintain employee training records and learning management systems (LMS).
Communicate with trainers, managers, and employees about learning activities.
Track training attendance, completion rates, and evaluation results.
Assist in developing training content, presentations, and e-learning resources.
Prepare reports on learning and development metrics.
Support compliance and mandatory training requirements.
Help identify employee development needs and career growth opportunities.
Pay: $6,200.00 – $7,100.00 per month
