• A strong track record (typically 10+ years) leading complex transformation programmes, with clear evidence of delivering meaningful business outcomes.

• A pragmatic approach to delivery, with deep understanding of methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively in real-world environments. In-depth knowledge and practical application of Portfolio, Programme & Project Management (3PM), PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK, Agile ( SAFe , ICAgile , Scrum) .

• The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including executives, and shape programme direction in complex environments.

• Experience in consulting or professional services, with exposure to a range of clients, industries, and transformation challenges.

• A leadership mindset, with a passion for developing people, building strong teams, and contributing to a high-performing and collaborative culture.

• Commercial acumen, with experience identifying opportunities, contributing to growth, and supporting or leading business development activities.
