About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga
We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract!
By joining our P&C community within New Zealand Manufacturing, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. This is a strategic partnering role, bringing our people strategy to life by embedding workforce planning and capability development aligned with business priorities and the evolving needs of our Co-op.
Working closely with leaders across our Edendale and Stirling sites, you’ll influence strategic thinking, drive high performance, lead change, and deliver organisational solutions with real business impact.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll coach leaders, champion engagement, and design people solutions to solve business challenges. This is a unique opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, shape meaningful change, and grow your career in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
To note, while site-based is preferred, we are flexible for location within the lower South Island, but regular travel will be required to both our Edendale and Stirling Sites.
