About the Role
As a Cloud Specialist, you will design, deploy, and support cloud-based environments that enable businesses to modernise their IT infrastructure, improve security, and maximise the value of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management
Design and deploy cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure
Configure and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud resources
Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and reliability
Optimise cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency and scalability
Cloud Migration & Modernisation
Support migration of applications, servers, and data to cloud environments
Assist with hybrid and multi-cloud deployments
Modernise legacy systems and infrastructure
Develop migration plans and implementation strategies
Security & Identity Management
Implement cloud security best practices and controls
Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) environments
Configure identity and access management solutions
Support multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies
Monitor and address security risks and vulnerabilities
Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management
Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 services
Support Intune and endpoint management solutions
Configure device compliance and security policies
Assist with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
Automation & Scripting
Automate routine administration tasks using PowerShell and cloud tools
Improve operational efficiency through automation initiatives
Support infrastructure-as-code and cloud optimisation projects
Customer Consulting & Support
Work directly with clients to understand business requirements
Provide technical recommendations and cloud best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues
Deliver technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions
What We’re Looking For?
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience working with Microsoft Azure environments
Knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, and virtualisation technologies
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, PowerShell, and Windows Server is highly regarded
Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator are advantageous
Consulting or managed services experience is a plus
Pay: From $10,700.00 per month
