Key Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with products, ensuring they are organized, visible, and labeled accurately.

• Maintain a tidy, visually appealing store with well-stocked shelves and attractive displays.

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and packing or carrying groceries.

• Operate the cash register efficiently, scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean checkout area.

• Assist with inventory management and restocking duties.

• Adhere to company policies, including safety and security protocols.

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, supplier purchases, and ledgers.

• Handle billing and vouchers to support customer checkout and backend processes.

• Unload deliveries, transfer stock, and restock shelves to ensure product availability.

• Basic computer skills, including POS systems, Excel, Word, and inventory tools.
