Role Overview
We are a growing, two-site yoga and pilates business dedicated to wellness, movement, and community. We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to manage our daily personnel operations.
In this role, you will apply your HR knowledge to provide effective staffing, recruitment, and personnel administration services. You will ensure our human resources policies and programs are seamlessly implemented across both of our studio locations, supporting our instructors, front-of-house staff, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital employee files and HR records for both studio locations.
Administer employment agreements, variations, and onboarding paperwork, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
Manage leave requests, attendance tracking, and coordinate closely with payroll to ensure accurate processing.
Act as the first point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll questions, and workplace procedures.
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for studio staff (instructors, receptionists, and coordinators).
Facilitate a welcoming onboarding and induction experience for new hires to integrate them into our studio culture.
Assist with rostering and shift-coverage administration to ensure both sites are always adequately staffed.
Assist in the implementation and roll-out of new HR initiatives, wellness programs, and studio policies.
Support managers with performance review coordination and tracking.
Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace culture across both physical sites.
