We have a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Programme Manager.

In this role, you will take ownership of complex, high-value transformation programmes across Operations—stepping into initiatives that are already in-flight and driving them forward with pace, discipline, and clarity. Our Operations has a broad scope, with programmes spanning logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and engineering.

This is a hands-on delivery role, focused on executing large-scale, cross-functional programmes, often involving automation, operational uplift, and enterprise-wide change. You’ll bring structure to complexity, ensure governance is robust, and enable senior stakeholders to make informed, timely decisions.

You’re an experienced Programme Manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You’re confident stepping into programmes mid-stream, quickly understanding what’s needed, and getting delivery back on track.

You bring a strong execution mindset, paired with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive tough decisions when needed.
