Key Responsibilties:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI domain
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of SWIFT payments and cross‑border transaction processing
• Excellent understanding of SWIFT MT messaging
• Exposure to SWIFT MX / ISO 20022 (CBPR+) standards
• Strong knowledge of cross‑border payments, correspondent banking, and clearing
• Solid understanding of Nostro/Vostro accounting

Domain & Payments Knowledge

• Payment networks: SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET2, CHAPS, RTGS
• Understanding of FX processing, fees, charges, and liquidity management
• Familiarity with payment investigations and exception handling
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks impacting payments

Tools & Methodologies

• JIRA / Confluence / ALM / Azure DevOps
• MS Visio (process flows), Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe / Waterfall delivery models

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work in complex, multi‑system and regulatory environments
• Confident in client‑facing discussions and requirement sign‑offs
