Interview process was as follows: 1- HR business partners interview, 2- English test and general assessment, 3- interview with HR manager , 4- interview with Production Manager, 5- interview with Plant Manager, 6- interview with Director, 6- interview in HQ(face to face with HRBPs), 7- a case study with HRBP. Then, finally an offer.
