Tell me about time you dealt with challenging feedback. And how would u remeeber all the numbers of the dishes like number 72 is teriyka soba for example
Did not get asked any questions - it was just a trial shift despite being told it was an interview. Provided no direction as to what I had to do even though it was my first time working in a restaurant.
Quick no background question. Trial shift usually after interview and usually on Saturdays to experience the busiest shifts. Some case scenario question and what would you do questions. Trial shift only test you on hosting and assisting with table cleaning
