Overall, lengthy recruitment process (3 months) from initial recruitment contact to final hiring decision. 3 rounds of interviews with several staff at this company. (2 virtual, 1 on-site), 2 personality assessments to be done after the 3 rounds of interviews (IMO, this should have been asked to do before final round of interviews). No WFH option. On-site location not welcoming/modern, very old.
