Interview
The process included first round of GD then PI and then technical round.
GD tests mostly your communication skills. There was then technical interview and then final interview.
GD removes the number of applicants. So I guess if one is good with communicating in English language won't face any problems here.
Secondly technical round will test your networking skills. A CCNA would easily make into further rounds.

Interview
They ask the basics of Networking which anyone who has done CCNA will be able to answer easily!
Surprisingly they also asked me about sales!
They schedule an interview with you at specified date and time. If there are more candidates then a GD might be conducted.
Then there is 1 technical interview followed by Sales/HR round.
