2 hour process. First 45min interview with situation/competency based Qs. 5 in total. Then a presentation you prepared in advance around developing a new programme with a new funder. They then asked Qs about your presentation. Finally a written task for 20ish mins. You had to read the task, digest the data and write a report. There was 3 pages of info to read and digest so the time given was hard to read and complete in the time and spell check!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Something along the lines of "describe a time when you had to lead a team through a significant change. What was the change, what did you do and what was the impact"
I applied online. I interviewed at upReach (London, England) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very easy, interviewer was patient and was empathetic of my anxiety. I enjoyed the group task, although felt quite isolated in my group. I enjoyed the writing task too, and they were accommodating by allowing cameras off.

I applied online. I interviewed at upReach (Manchester, England)

The interview was part of the online assessment centre and lasted around 20-30 minutes. It was all held online via Zoom. It was a structured interview so everyone was asked the same question and was a mixture of motivational and situational questions.
