1 step 45 min interview with her and tech. Specialist, simple questions . I passed 1 step, got invited to 2 step, but we didn’t achieve agreement about time, because they just said “interview tomorrow at 4pm”, i hadn’t time on this day, so they declined my candidacy 2 step interview with ceo
The interview process is very typical. Basic and easy. People are in need of labor, so basically, the HR manager showed intentions of hiring me after asking me "tell me about yourself." There wasn't any difficult behavioral questions at all. The HR was a tech and research guy. It wasn't difficult to impress him with your words. After you get in tho, how much you gain is solely dependent on you.
