Chaotic. My interview was a phone call asking what experience I had, followed by the interviewer interrupting me to tell me about his life, his career history, his friends, his plans, etc
Bait and switch. Actually you are looking for an "manager in training" such a waste of time. Got on their site..filled out everything. Got a call weeks later, first thing he says "its an assistant manager position"
