Interview
It was the first video interview with the testing line manager and I was informed via a email prior to the interview that we will go through the information about the company and the role, my background, my motivation and expectations and open questions and formal aspects.

Question 1
Some of the non-technical questions focused on my motivation to work at u-blox, how I learned about the vacancy, whether I am more interested in technical or managerial positions, and my past experiences.
Some of the technical questions focused on different types of testing, testing strategies, and whether I have applied these methods or agile frameworks in my current or previous roles. They also asked how I would find, test, and debug issues, as well as a question about my basic understanding of GNSS technology.

it was cool, had fun with the engineers discussing what as asked, felt they were a bit serious and strict but I think overall they are good professionals trying to find the right people

Interview
I had two rounds of interviews, the first one was online and the second one on-site. The process was a bit slow, for instance, the interviews were one month apart; however, everything was quite normal and ok, nothing super stressful.
