A bit chaotic. The overall process was 6 weeks long. The engineering lead was very kind, however the interview process was drawn out. I think they're filtering for very specific candidates that excel under a leetcode timer. 4 different interviews, and a final 4 hour day interview. There was several miscommunication about the role I was interviewing for, and the second interviewer was under the impression I was a principal engineer, and did not discover until the end it was for a closer to Junior level role, leaving him regretting how he handled the process. Overall, I liked the people I spoke with, but genuinely if I was extended an offer, I would have declined it for the cultural elements I found concerning. I recommend people interviewing to question the interviewers themselves heavily if they are concerned about the role or miscommunications.
