Interview
The process for me was not very long (although I've heard of some people having multiple interviews and a drawn-put process). I had one in-person interview and on remote interview for team fit. I was required to complete an exercise which indicated my skill level before any of the interviews. Overall, a positive experience and process for me!

They asked what my top 3 achievements have been so far (life + career), why I specifically was interested in their company, and many situational questions about how I handled struggle/conflict at previous workplaces.
