Interview
They sent over a system design exercise to complete over a weekend. They tasked me to create a childminder app that would do 3 things
1) let's a childminder see who attended their setting, including current register status
2) let's a childminder sign in or sign out a child
3) let's a childminder see log entries for a particular date
Which I did, I used the AWS ecosystem to create a solution. I even passed on my solution to a Tech Lead of a large Insurance Firm in the city for some extra guidance. He said it was fine.
Anyways, they came back to me after I submitted the solution, saying that I have not been selected for the next round.
I ask for more feedback, not once, but 3 separate times. All they had to say was "we don't give feedback out to candidates"
Completely unprofessional, don't bother applying to this company.
Worst of all, they reached out to ME.

Intial telephone interview which introduced the company and to explain in detail, Introduction to the apps and courses needed to be completed, First aid training and DBS checks , other training, video call interview after completing courses, home Inspection.

Interview
Casual video call with the lovely Head of People, where she walked me through the role and interview process. Then, a short interview with the hiring manager. I proceeded to the case study task, which took me around 3-5 hours. The final round was a presentation to the COO and the hiring manager. Overall, it was a swift and efficient process with some very powerful and reasonable feedback.
