Personal interview with a panel of head of departments and the selected candidate will be interviewed by the plant head along with DGM HR.
The interview process is very transparent and the questions asked are to judge the compatibility of the person to the position available at the company. Some general quant/ logical reasoning questions will be asked along with questions about internships, engineering background etc.
Ghosted, no Response. Really strange as I have multiple interviews and was expecting an offer, then nothing. Left me with a negative impression . Left me with a negative impression .

Einführung mit jeweiliger Vorstellung der Gesprächsteilnehmer.
Anschließend sind wir meinen Lebenslauf durchgegangen und ich habe zu den relevanten Stationen meiner Karriere genauere Details erläutert.
Danach habe ich mit meinen zukünftigen Abteilungsleiter gesprochen und von jedem Gesprächsteilnehmer jeweils eine Frage gestellt bekommen.
Insgesamt entstand ein sehr angenehmes Gesprächsklima.
