Long process, unexpectedly complicated for a short internship with little to no expectations of continuing after completion, very clear on that point from the beginning. Three interviews lasting more than an hour each.

It was a 1 on 1 interview with the resource manager. He was eager to know me, asked a lot of personal questions (nothing pushy) to determine that I would be a good fit for the company's profile.
friendly atmosphere, welcoming dialogues, presence of field manager, senior expert and a representative from the human resources department, technical questions and the chance to the applicant to ask questions as well
The interview process started with an email for a phone screen and a follow-up interview. The whole process happened very quickly to be honest. It is good to know that they will schedule a face-to-face interview.
