A very quick and efficient process, with just four weeks from application to offer. Initial screening call, followed by three interviews and a case study and presentation over a two-week period. Interviews were a combination of competency-based questions combined with more technical and experience-based questions tailored for the role.

I had an initial screening interview with HR, then five lengthy interviews with two being panel discussions. There was a case study, which was done offline and presentation of the analysis in ppt. After four months of being 'in process' - the role went to an internal candidate who was already in the role on an interim basis. Felt as if they had wasted my time to basically check whether they had the right candidate already in place.
