The overall interview process was pretty great. The HR Recruiting team was super friendly and and transparent. They definitely seemed more experienced than some of the other companies I've interviewed with.
Every LEGO Group team member I met with was super friendly and respectful.
One of my biggest positive pieces of feedback is how thoughtful of feedback I received from not only the recruiters but also the interviewers live during the interview. Everything felt transparent from that stand point.
My biggest piece of negative feedback is how long the interview process is over the holidays because they have a hiring freeze. Additionally, I didn't always feel as clear about where I was in the process as I would have liked to have after I started meeting with key stakeholders. I guess you could say I was antsy to find out how many other candidates were involved and if I got the job or not.

Interview
It was quite a structured process with frequent status updates and transparency around expectations in each step.
1. 1st Interview: 30 min. dialogue through Teams with a TA Manager for initial fit assessment.
2. 2nd Interview: 1-hour Teams call with hiring manager and one senior stakeholder focusing on background and experience in relation to the role.
3. Between 2nd and 3rd Interview: Case preparation. I had approx. 1 week to prepare.
4. 3rd Interview: Case presentation at 1½-hour Teams call with hiring manager and two senior stakeholders. Based on the case, the interviewers line up question around situational and practical examples of your experience,

Interview
It started with an HR interview, then I had 3 additional rounds of interviews, including a case study presentation. The interview process was extemely well done and embodied the lego ways of working
Everyone is extremely friendly and honest through out the interview process. I found the interview process quite structured and efficient.
The onboarding process is very detailed and thorough as well.
Overall a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
