Interview
There was a phone interview, basic questions. It took a while for them to call me back about having an interview. I believe I applied online and got a phone call 3 weeks later, then the next month got another call about the group interview. The group interview was pretty fun, we got to play a fun ice breaker, and build some lego.

Interview
Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
