They had me build something out of Legos to start with, from scratch, explain what it meant to me, and how it could sort of symbolize what I'll bring to the job. It was very unique. From there, it was very low pressure. The interviewer was very warm and it felt more like a conversation than just a lot of questions being thrown my way. I don't think I had enough experience yet for the job, but even if that was noticed by the interviewer, he was curious and interested in what I had to say anyway, so that helped me to be less nervous.
