I found the interview process very pleasant. It was very professional with clear information about what to expect next and with clear information about who would attend the different interviews.

A lot of different questions were asked. For example how I would prioritize a budget if I had to select one certain target group.
You need to participate in 3 relevant interview rounds related to the skills of the positions.
Overall I received great practical guidance and the recruiters & HR contacts made it a fun recruitment process.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and without any problems. 3 rounds with introduction at the 1st round, case study for the 2nd round and final interview with country GM. Everyone I met during the process was quite nice.
