Well, it was an interesting process, once TA reach and interviewed me, The hiring manager challenge me related my experience, once I moved forward, there was a study case exercise, which I have the opportunity to present into a panel session and finally, i have the opportunity to join the LCI team

The interview process was very transparent and pleasant to be part of as a potential employee to LEGO. E-mails were sent before and after each interview session. The e-mails were good to receive, because they gave you a brief overview of what to expect in the interview.
