You’ll get notified via email if you’re shortlisted with links where you can choose time/date for your first interview, name of interviewer, interview tips and the overall interview process. They are very responsive to emails and also they will send you a thank you note literally less than an hour after your interview and give clear timeline on where you will hear back from them

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Nov 2024
Interview
Thorough and fun! All the interviewers, recruiters as your bosses, are so kind. After sending my resume and cover letter, I was interviewed by a senior recruiter. Afterwards I had a normal job interview with two FBPs and lastly a case-based interview with three FBPs. Apart from being very good at their job, they make the experience very comfortable. I got the job, so I may be biased, because it is a lot of work if I hadn't.
