The interview process was extremely enjoyable and relevant to the position I was applying for. I had a great introduction to the LEGO Group and the people I work with. Overall it was an exciting and enjoyable experience and the interview felt at ease and relaxed with good openness and clarity throughout.

Interview
1st round cell phone interview with HR - general questions. Very sympathetic.
2nd round HR and director online, background check, experiences.
3rd f2f with director with short tour in factory. At least half of the time there was time for my own questions.

experiences, failures and wins, what do you know about LEGO, expectations. Questions were not that hard but I really wanted this job so was difficult for me some times even thou it was not my first interview.
