Saw the job posted on line and then I got the call from HR, had a panel interview with some colleagues in my team and then I had the Interview with my direct manager, the company sent me the details for a medical exams and then I got hired

Applied online and submitted CV through the Lego website. The First round was an online remote teams interview with a member of the HR team which lasted just under an hour.
