I had a first conversation on the phone with the recruiting manager, then I had an remote interview with the Marketing Director. Following this, I had a week to prepare a case study that I presented to both the Marketing Director and the General Manager. During the whole process, the communication has always been clear, transparent, pleasant and motivating. I was amazed to see that the Lego Team consistently walked the talk!
