Interview
After sending in my CV and cover letter, I was invited to a video call that was based on exploring my motivations, my capabilities and professional goals. After moving to the final stage, I was invited to prepare a marketing campaign in form of a 20 minute PowerPoint presentation. I was briefed on the tasks and given several days to prepare. I presented the campaign via screen sharing to three managers, followed by some questions.
Hirevue interview with behavioral and marketing focused questions. Pretty straightforward. Then received an invitation to present a marketing case study, based on a hypothetical to include marketing initiatives that would be beneficial to the Bricklink program.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (London, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
First round was an Initial chat.
The second round was a Presentation followed by questions and further chat about my skills for the role.
After this I was shortly offered the role.
Not good. The lady had to reschedule 3 times and ended up not even selecting me for a next round after nailing every single interview question. I will not be applying for them again.
