Very organized process. Prior to the interview, HR gave me a day of schedule with all names of staff i would be meeting during the interview, as well as parking directions. I got called to schedule a phone interview about 3 weeks after I turned in my resume. The phone interview was about 30 minutes long, and consisted of standard hr questions. I got called about a week after and got scheduled for an in person interview. I interviewed for close to three hours and met 5 different managers and the director of HR. They were all very friendly and asked about my weaknesses, strengths, why I wanted to leave my current job, etc.
