The process consisted of 3 stages:
- CTO & Head of Peolpe - one call vetting Engineering Management skills and experience.
- Meet the team - conversations around a mix of soft and hard skills to align with the needs of the team.
- Culture fit / Product - looking into interactions with adjacent functions and overall culture fit.
At all stages I was able to ask plenty of questions and make sure the job is a match both ways. People were very friendly and easy to talk to, asked good and relevant questions clearly aligned with the actual job and their needs.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you've made a mistake. What did you do and what did you learn?
They have canceled the first interview just a few minutes before it was supposed to start, and then never rescheduled. I sent an email about rescheduling the call because their product seems great, but there was nothing more ever coming from their side.
