I submitted a current resume and several writing samples in the area I wanted to work in. For me this was travel, gardening and business. I submitted it electronically and waited to get the response via email. I was hired.

Interview
There was no interview process, but instead they required a writing sample of previous work. As new sites were added to their network, it would sometimes be necessary to reapply for the job to write for the new sites, which again involved writing samples as well as their own scoring system.

Test for various writing positions. That is the extent of the hiring process. The company really is arbitrary in its hiring process and really doesn't undertake the interview process in a particularly professional manner.
