I applied through their website, after which i got a couple of conversation via emails. And then I got a Java test to solve. On completetion I was called for a skype interview where I was interviewed by two people(Assuming tech leads). The questions were of good quality on JPA,Hibernate, microservices discovery etc. The interviewer said he was good with the answers and will reach back to me soon. After some days I receive email telling I donot match "needs a person who can step in into the process from day one and take all responsibilities that belong to a Senior position at smava" which was very much contradictory on what the interviewer said.
