Es gab 2 Runden. In der ersten Runde konnte ich mit dem Teamlead sprechen, in der zweiten Runde mit dem Chef der ganzen Abteilung und HR. Beiede Gespräche dauerten ca. 45-60 Minuten und waren angenehm und auf Augenhöhe.
The process was quite lengthy in my case , there was a sires of interviews and a case study. the people are charming and very nice. Transparency and feedback sharing was one of the best points about the whole process
