Group interview, initial icebreaker, then broken into groups to do a task on how to help a customer with a particular issue. Then individually chose a shoe and did a mini sales pitch for it in a circle. They ask questions about the company background, so would be good to do a quick google.
There was a group interview with about 10 people then 1-1 interview after if successful in the group, would recommend to speak up in the group interview to make sure u are noticed
Group interview with about 10 people and 2 managers. First went round and introduced ourselves and talked about an item we were asked to bring in to get to know us. Then split into groups where we talked about what makes a good sales assistant. Lastly, gave each group a shoe and we had to get other items we could sell along side it then present our ideas to everyone.
