Thank you for taking the time to interview with us and reviewing your experience. We feel very sorry about your experience and the very long waiting time! We fully agree that timely feedback is critical in making the efforts invested by applicants worthwhile. We investigated your review and found that the massive delay in response was due to us not yet having set up the right handover processes internally when responsibilities are evolving or people are going to vacation. That’s one of the downsides of a fast growing environment that things are from time to time a bit chaotic. We are apologizing for this experience and have improved our internal processes with the feedback to make sure everyone gets timely feedback even in absence situations. Thank you again.
