Interview
Overall very positive experience and thorough interview process which included video meetings with all stakeholders the position would work with on a daily basis. The process included the delivery of a UX task as well which I spend 12hrs on (includes creating the presentation).
The team members I met were welcoming and engaged in the process. My contact person answered my messages swiftly.
Structure (each 1hr):
2 screening interviews
1 portfolio walkthrough
1 design/product team meeting
1 case study delivery presentation
1 30min final interview with managing director
