My experience with the hiring process at Qordata was smooth. It started with an initial telephonic screening, which then led to a detailed onsite interview lasting 2-3 hours. After successfully clearing the initial two rounds, I was shortlisted for the position and invited for a final interview with the HR director. Everything went smoothly during this interview - we discussed the company, its goals, the requirements of the role, and the culture, all of which piqued my interest in joining Qordata.
However, as we proceeded toward the offer stage, there was a sudden turn of events. I was invited during office hours to negotiate the role, but at the very last minute, I was given the old-fashioned, fabricated story that the position was put on hold. This was disappointing, especially after investing time and effort into multiple rounds of interviews. Clear communication about the status of the position would have saved the disappointment. This experience has shattered my trust in renowned companies. It's disappointing to invest time in interviews, only to be let down at the final stage. It's made me question the transparency and integrity of such companies.
