My interviewer was nervous and spoke really quickly, seemed to want to hire someone with more credentials but was offering just over minimum wage. After being hired it seemed as though I was just here until they found someone better (a stepping stone)

Typical interview process in person. Had a rating scale they would follow and grade you accordingly. They would also look to see if you would be a good fit for the clinic as well and if you would be staying long term.
