I interviewed with Payactiv for a Customer Success Manager role and went through five rounds of interviews, including an onsite. The team was professional throughout the process, and I invested a significant amount of time preparing and meeting with various stakeholders.
What was disappointing was the lack of communication afterward. I followed up after the onsite for an update but never received a response. Regardless of the outcome, candidates deserve closure and basic professional courtesy after completing such an extensive interview process.
